| The town of Sia and the communes of Quang Phuoc, Quang An, and Quang Tho were merged to form Quang Dien commune in Hue, in the North Central region of Vietnam. The Bo River flows southwest through this commune. This commune also has a large part of the Tam Giang lagoon. | |
